Communication was exceptional through WhatsApp. We arrived a bit early and they were so flexible and let us relax after our hard very hot cycling day . The room was beautiful , cool and clean and the pool was fabulous to swim and cool down . The dinner was amazing with authentic cuisine and delicious light desert.

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and made our check-in a breeze. The entire hotel is modern and very clean, as was our room. The area is very quiet at night and has plenty of parking at the lot across from the hotel, which is free. In the morning I had breakfast on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which had good bandwidth. It was good value for the money.

It's simply magical. I want to thank Claudia and Tiago for giving the animals the most beautiful life. I didn't want to leave. So once again, thank you for allowing us to be part of this wonderful world. Lovely hosts and beautiful place - really well done with clean and great facilities. This was glamping with all the luxuries . We loved our pods with individual hot tubs, air con and nice amenities. The breakfast was excellent and the pods perfect for star gazing. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!
