The two sisters running the hotel were very welcoming, going out of their way to look after us. It was out of season and I think we were the only guests. Nevertheless they opened up the games/TV room in the annex for us and served us a wonderful 3 course dinner with wine and coffee for a very reasonable price (also providing vegetarian options for one of our party). The hotel is beautifully positioned by the river, in the centre of the village, with hot springs bubbling up in the public gardens opposite.

The owners were so welcoming and always wanted to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. We had such a peaceful time; the views from the apartment were amazing and the pool was such a great place to relax. The place is spotless and everything has been really well thought out. We also had use of a free pool table and table football which the kids loved!

The hotel is imponent, very beautiful and luxirious arquitecture. The balanced mixture of old elements, like wooden floor, enourmously high ceilings and arched glass doors, metallic pieces, with contemporary design. The old elements are very well taken care of. The location is great. Wonderful breakfast with great coffee. Extremely attentive and nice personnel at the restaurant. Very nice old school hospitality style.

The room was clean with a big clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. There was a communication lack with some due to the fact they were not speaking very good English but we manage to communicate with someone else! We have been traveling to take part in an International Cycling Race a bit far from the place we were staying so when we asked them for early breakfast or a small box in the morning, they prepared everything the night before and we had them in the room. The awesome detail was that the lady in the breakfast place noticed the favourite food we ate the previous morning and brought us the same. Really kind gesture. Thank you!!!
