Gorgeous property in a friendly little town, within easy reach of some lovely river beaches. Watching the sun set from the roof terrace was a highlight. Lots of room for family and friends to get together, without being on top of each other. The games room was great.

We have just had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday at Hotel Horta da Moura. The hotel is lovely and welcoming, set in acres of ancient olive and citrus trees within a beautiful landscape. Flavia and all the staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our holiday special. Our room was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, I was especially grateful for having a gluten-free treat presented every morning! Swimming in the infinity pool bathed in the scents of citrus and cyprus will sustain me through the winter! There is much to see and do, with plenty of good restaurants a short drive away. We fell in love with the region of Alentejo and I am sure we will return soon to Horta da Moura. Thank you!

What a magical place! We stayed at Casa Garcia during a weekend in August. The house is run with love and respect for family heritage. Attention to the smallest details and guest comfort can be felt at every step. Casa Garcia offers incredibly comfortable and stylish interiors decorated in the finest style. The owners are wonderful and provide unforgettable hospitality. Beautiful and peaceful apartments, comfortable beds, spacious and well-equipped kitchen – what more could one ask for. An incredible addition to our holiday. We only regret that we did not stay longer, but we will definitely come back again. A super soulful place, lots of animals on the territory. A welcome bonus (fruits) and a wonderful varied breakfast in the morning. The animals came right to our house, you could communicate with them up close (my favorites are the pony John and the cat Sarah). In the evening it was very romantic to lie in the jacuzzi on the terrace and look at the stars. Thanks for Suzana, she told us a lot about the animals and was incredibly nice. Near the hotel there is an observatory (we took an excursion to see the planets and stars, 5 minutes by car) and a delightful castle on a hill where it is nice to go to meet the sunset.
