Axis Ofir Hotel – A Camino Gem After a long day on the Camino, the Axis Ofir Hotel in Esposende was an absolute delight. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were cosy and comfortable (just what tired legs needed!), and the location is stunning. The food was delicious, a real treat after a day’s walk. Highly recommended – would return in a heartbeat!

Clean and lovely host Carla. Everything is perfect from when we enter. Hot shower, very well taken care of property. We have the twin bedroom for 2 pax. Carla’s really nice to arrange a pick up drop off transport service for my luggage since I’m feeling the weight on my back from my backpack. Will definitely want to come back to revisit Carla and Hostel Eleven again. Buen Camiño.💛

Amazing place. It is lovely house with rooms which have private bathrooms and everything is so clean and beautifully decorated inside. We are piligrims and arrived dirty and super tired, but the hosts gave us such a warm welcome and left us baked cake in the room when we arrive, also when they offered us beer to refresh, which was amazing after 30 kilometers in a rainy day 🙏 Such a nice people and place, we even decided that we will plan a vacation one day and come back to enjoy some relax, because the area is also great, the place so peaceful and also near by the beach. You have everything you need + nice tapas restaurants near by. Also, the breakfast was so rich and delicious 🤤 Every detail and all our experience there was perfect. Thank you so much 🙏

The hostess is an absolutely lovely, welcoming, and friendly person. The entire house and our room were very cozy and exceptionally tidy. A delightful bonus – the house is home to absolutely wonderful and charming dogs. They are very friendly, and as animal lovers, we truly enjoyed the chance to pet them. The meals were absolutely fantastic! We opted for both breakfast and dinner, and it was the best decision. The food is incredibly delicious, home-cooked with love. Everything is prepared from fresh, farm-sourced products.

Couldn't find a nicer, kinder caring couple. Able to use the shared kitchen and garden. Everywhere so clean. Small pool was welcomed as weather very hot. The actual lounge/dining room in the Quinta was amazing and the fact we could use the space even though we preferred to be outside. What can we say about the excellent breakfast! So much on offer.
