Axis Ofir Hotel – A Camino Gem After a long day on the Camino, the Axis Ofir Hotel in Esposende was an absolute delight. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were cosy and comfortable (just what tired legs needed!), and the location is stunning. The food was delicious, a real treat after a day’s walk. Indira and her father are super kind hosts. Indira even drove me to the bus terminal in Esposende on the day of my departure. The hostel is quite new, located in a quiet area and comprises a garden where you can enjoy the meals. The double room I booked was nice and clean, the bed comfortable. The wonderful sand beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. All in all a hostel I can really recommend Hostel do Alto Fao.
