The room was very spacious, very clean. The mattress was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean, with clean towels both days. The breakfast was good as well, with some variety. Really enjoyed the stay

We liked being in the beautiful town of Penafiel to visit our relatives. I liked the hotel, pool and staff. It was interesting that different football teams came to stay. Being from the UK it was good that we had parking available too.

Excellent place!!! We spent 3 nights at Tamaca with two small kids. The location is gorgeous and the place was great. It had a brand new swimming pool, pond, areas for relaxing and the best views over the river. The rooms were very spacious and equipped with all we needed. Breakfast was fantastic, abundant and very good quality. Both staff and owner were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a place where we will try to go back.
