Charming area, including La Parguera bioluminescent bay, excellent restaurants in Guanica, art town of Yauco, visit to lovely Ponce, walking in the Guanica dry forest, Bosque Seco, a visit to beautiful Playa Buye near Cabo Rojo, and the town of San German. The Puerto Rican people we dealt with were all warm, and wonderfully helpful.

The town itself doesn’t have a lot, we stayed at the Cooamarina resort, and went to town a couple of times to the supermarket.
People are super friendly, but not too much entertainment outside the resort.

They don't have continental breakfast you pay for everything except parking was free. Example of room cost breakdown; $278.38 - charge for room/bed $109.35 per night ($218.70), Room/Bed tax- 7% -$59.68

Beautiful location, the hotel overlooks the lagoon. Fair sized, but slightly basic rooms. A very good pool. The restaurant is good but a slightly limited menu, however the staff were excellent and the meals a re very well priced. It is close to the large nature park, ocean and scuba diving and also some nice local restaurants and bars.

perfect localisation for us ( close to naturel forest in lowland and mountain)
