I had a wonderful stay at this motel. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment, which made me feel at home. The room was exceptionally clean, and I especially loved the fresh scent of cleaning products — it gave a feeling of real care and comfort. A big plus for the mini kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. Even though I checked out very early in the morning, the process was smooth and convenient. I truly appreciated the personal touches and the warm attitude of the owners. I will gladly recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues.

Amazing location, very short walking distance to the main square in Krakow, and also within walking distance of most of the main attractions. The room was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable! Also tried the breakfast, which was very good as well. Totally recommend for a trip to Krakow!

The hotel is very modern, clean, fresh and rooms are comfortable. Very spacious with extra details in the room such as coffee machine, kitchen stuff etc. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with a huge shower. We stayed at this hotel for four nights while visiting Krakow. The hotel has very luxurious and inviting ambiance from the entrance! We arrived at the hotel way ahead of check-in time, and our room was not available for another half-hour. The lady at the front desk kindly invited us to sit on the terrace and enjoy a complimentary champagne glass if we wanted. The terrace and the views were superb! When ready to check-in, the process was very fast and easy! We stayed in a deluxe room that was very beautiful, with a high ceiling of painted wooden beams. The hotel is a former palace, and the decor of the ceiling is the restored original. The room was decorated in classic European style, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very, very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern, with heated floors. Both the rooms and the bathroom were sparking clean! All the expected in-room amenities for a 5-star hotel. Excellent wifi. The exceptional breakfast (included in price) was in the elegant restaurant on the premises. The breakfast was a mix of buffet style and a la carte (included in the price). The restaurant on the premises, Artese, is a "must try" - exquisite Malopolska region ingredients and recipes with a French makeover. All the hotel staff went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed. The hotel is located in the Krakow Old Town, in the building next to the Princess Czartoryski Museum that houses the Lady with an Ermine by Leonardo da Vinci. The hotel provides airport transfer for a fee - a very professional driver. Definitely recommended; it will be our hotel of choice when in Krakow!
