I was not let in the premises I paid for up front.
I was not let in the premises I paid for up front. None of my many emails to the hotel sent prior to my arrival informing staff about late arrival due tomplane being late WAS NOT ANSWERED. None of many phone calls was answered. Nobody was at the premises when we arrived at 2:15 to let us in.
We paid for a sleep and was forced to seek other accommodation ! I want the return of my payment!

Very nice, clean and modern hotel in a quite place. Good service and reception, tasty food. Room was very spacious had everything we need and very nice SPA.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The receptionist who received us at 1am was extremely helpful. What a lovely lady!

Great breakfast. Nice design of the hotel. Big indoor swimming pool (8am-9pm). Silent location in the forest.
