the service was excellent. we arrived late at night to a very warm welcome. the man at reception was an absolute gent. he was ready for our arrival and was so helpful advising on what times to het to the airport for and offered us a free shuttle and even a wake up all. when we had to leave at 4am, he said that since we were going to miss breakfast, they had made packed breakfasts for us. so thoughtful! when we were driven to the airport about a 7 min drive, I realised I had left my phone at the hotel. it was no problem and no extra to return for my phone. when we arrived back the receptionist was waiting at the door with my phone! above and beyond help.

For the price, I expected a cheap hostel. Instead, I got a very nice studio room in a great location, with my own kitchen and bathroom. The owners were super nice. I also had a baby and they gave me a ground floor room for my convenience. At 3 am, the owner was awake waiting for me to leave for the airport, so I didn't have to worry about calling anywhere to open the gates for me. They also had tiny Xmas decorations in the room.

    Our main purpose was to get a place near the Katowice airport so that we can get there by foot quickly. Thus, the location was the main factor. This apartment is located very close to the airport, and it took us about 10 minutes of walking to get to the airport with bags. The place itself was nice but nothing special. Just a pleasant, clean room with a big bathroom and two separate beds. The host was friendly and polite as well. Overall, an enjoyable place to spend a night waiting for your flight.

    Well the location of the hotel is perfect, just 5 min from the airport which along with the 24h reception makes it perfect for early morning departures. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is no shower gel, but there is liquid soap so you can get by. There is free coffee, tea and water in the kitchen.

    The hotel is very close to the airport. Very convenient and comfortable, a shuttle bus from the airport and back is an extra bonus - fantastic service! The room was very comfortable, clean and nice.
