We would like to thank for beautiful, quiet, super clean accomodation. The place around is peaceful, we could watch horses just from the balcony. Our girls enjoyed it very much. They also liked playing with the toys. The kitchen was fully equipped and we got a recomendation to a delicious Italian restaurant nearby. The overal communication was smooth, kind and pleasant. Gréât location, interesting old building beautifully furnished. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and freshly cooked to order. Just perfect with parking right outside.

It is very well located, the new complex is fabulous, the bed and pillows are one of the best we enjoyed in our stay in Poland. The bathroom had an intelligent device that shows you the temperature, time, weather etc. Staff were super nice and a lot of them speak Spanish, it is very nice to hear your mother language spoken by other cultures. They welcome my dog in a unique way. Thank you!

Great location. Three minutes walk to the city center. Easy access by car and spacious parking on the hotel grounds. Professional and polite service. Clean, comfortable, modern room with everything you need (there is an electric kettle and a refrigerator). Good breakfast. It seemed to me that last year the choice was more varied. In any case, good value for money. We really like this hotel and will definitely choose it next time.

The Spa was exceptional on every account. The selection of treatments was great and done professionally by a very friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay immensely and will definitely be back. The fact that the bikes were available for hire and free of charge was an unexpected bonus.

The beauty of the grounds here is wonderful. The staff was exceptional in all areas. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff. The rest of the staff were also so friendly kind. The bar tenders are talented in presentation and the creation all of their drinks and were very helpful with all of our questions about local drinks. It is a very easy walk through a beautifully kept park to Old Town Torun. The breakfast was beyond anything we could imagine. Many different offerings in several locations. Local foods, international foods, several fresh vegetable and fruit choices. The friendly staff kept things clean and comfortable at all times. The in-house beauty salon is run by exceptional beauticians Exceptional for groups, and very comfortable for individuals. Wonderful all around.
