The level if personal attention and help is beyond standard. We arrived after restaurant closed. Still they took the effort to prepare a very nice Polish soup. And imagine the hotel shuttle service brings you to the airport 40! Minutes before departure. They know you're on time because the flight crew als leaves at the same time.

Super friendly welcome. Excellent English, which was a relief for those with no Polish! The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the airport, but Via Villa kindly arranged a taxi. It was late so the restaurant had closed but there is a small supermarket just round the corner.

Historical buildings made hotel, wonderful location next to the lake, very good restaurant, excellent breakfast buffet, great service and personal attention from hotel staff, reception open 24/7, pet-friendly and free parking on site.

Beatifull location on the lake, quiet, tranquility. Veey nice and well organised space around the hotel. Helpful staff, restaurant with local wines.
