"I had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly attentive and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The place is brand new, all new furnishings with all the necessary amenities (I was able to easily cook dinner) and parking on the premises. It was very clean and smelled lovely. You could tell the host really cares about the guests' comfort with all the additional little things available to guests like coffee, creamer, fresh fruit, bath products, a full size hair dryer and a tv with Netflix. The host is super friendly and responsive, they were very flexible when it comes to check-in/check-out. The place is only a 5 minute drive from the airport, which was exactly what we needed.

Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

New (2024 build), modern, clean and contemporary Rain shower Well equipped 3 bus stops from Balice airport Great communication with the host who were very professional and timely and their prompt replies were much appreciated Being able to book a lift to airport with the host (50 zloty approx 10 pounds in October 2025) was really helpful

This hotel is excellent. Super clean, 10 min walk from the airport. Everything in my room was perfect. Great choice for my overnight stay before flight. Hotel is peaceful at night and my queen room had very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. Gym fab. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
