It was already my second time at Nuts Huts. I came back because of the unique experience you get at Nuts Huts. Yes there are many stairs, the rooms are basic and you may encounter animals as it is located in the jungle. However, everything is so transparently communicated with detailed messages before your arrival that you really know what to expect. We arrived by boat which was a really beautiful experience and a cheap river cruise ;) The river is truly beautiful, we also did some Kayaking in the evening and were almost alone in the beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with good food and the unique view of the jungle. This is what I came back for and may come back again, who knows.

It's a very nice place in the woods, near Loboc river. I liked that we lived in a house surrounded by trees. We did kayaking, rented bikes and drove them to the other side of the island. The food was delicious, and personnel - helpful.

The breakfast is very good! The family is very accommodating. They helped us a lot in finding our ways to different places. From the airport all the way to the known places of Bohol we were so amazed by the hospitality of the driver and the host. It was really a great vacation for my family! The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable, bathroom was shared but always clean. They have free coffee/water refills and good working AC. There is not much in terms of food around the area so we ate here too for breakfast and dinner which was amazing - really tasty and good value for money. The family running the homestay are all so friendly, they let us rent a moped for the day and helped us sort our itinerary during our stay. I would say it’s a perfect location to stay for a couple days to explore the countryside of Bohol. Their dog Loki was also adorable!!
