The staff were very friendly and helpful. They immediately resolved any issue or question we had. Aziza provided shuttle buses that picked us up from the airport and took us to the airport after our trip. They easily helped booked our tours which was great! They made our trip in Palawan go smoothly. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the beds were really comfy. It was always nice coming back to our rooms after a spending the day out on tours. The food and drinks were delicious. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to staying with Aziza again!

I don't think there was anything I didn't like! The staff are absolutely amazing they helped me with local recommendations, Were super friendly and made me feel like I was at home❤️ The rooms were very comfy and clean and I had an amazing view from my balcony of the mountains and oceans. The food was amazing and again you can dine with a view of the oceans and mountains while you eat and if you are lucky they have fantastic acoustic entertainment in the outside dining area a few nights. Definitely a pleasure to stay for long or short trips❤️
