There's really nothing to complain about this place, everything about it is great and I believe you cannot find any structure which looks the same with the same price tag. We also had the chance to chat a little with the owner who has lived a really adventurous life and has plenty of great stories to tell, I really hope to resemble him, even a little, when (and if) I grow old myself. Thank you Khan and thank you to all the people in the staff who were really kind and super accomodating with all of our requests

Very clean! And the staff are amazing always there to help, also do motorcycle rentals so when I arrived I had a bike waiting for me which was so helpful. Dante is always quick to reply to any messages I had and sorted my transport to and from the airport. Highly recommend this place

We stayed at this property for one night to catch our early morning ferry to Surigao, and it was absolutely worth it. The location is perfect—conveniently close to everything, including restaurants, shops, the boulevard, and the ferry port. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. By a happy coincidence, we arrived during a festival, and to our delight, they prepared a special dinner for us! We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next trip.

Everything was perfect! We had a little trouble finding the location but with the help of the locals we were able to call the owner who kindly came to pick us up The place was very clean, well equipped we were also able to order a tuktuk for the next morning

Easy to find as it was just off main road. Dante was very nice and helpful. Our flight arrived early morning and we could arrange an early morning check in for a fee (7am). The appartement was larger than the photos.

I love how the location is just right—not too far, but not right in the middle of the busy Tourism Road. A 10-minute motorbike ride is totally manageable, and there’s always a tuktuk around when I don’t feel like driving. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and get some peaceful rest whenever I need it. Plus, I feel super safe with the two adorable dogs and the awesome staff always around to take care of the place and make sure I have everything I need. I also love that I can start my mornings with a jog or walk along Malinao Beach—such a perfect way to kick off the day! And when I need to get some work done or take meetings, I have plenty of options—I can work from the gazebo, inside my room, or just chill on my patio while staying productive. To top it all off, they even offer in-room massages with a proper massage table, making it super easy to relax and recharge without leaving my space. You can also grab drinks from the reception at a very reasonable price. And the best part—they accept credit cards, which is always a huge plus especially in the island.

We stayed here recently and found it to be a great budget-friendly option, especially for such an expensive island. Compared to other places at the same price, this homestay stands out because it offers a kitchen and has good safety features. It’s not in the main tourist area, but it’s easy to get around with a motorbike, so the location worked well for us. That said, it might not be the best choice for older guests like our parents, who prefer everything more accessible. There’s no generator as expected from their property description, but we were prepared for that.
