There's really nothing to complain about this place, everything about it is great and I believe you cannot find any structure which looks the same with the same price tag. We also had the chance to chat a little with the owner who has lived a really adventurous life and has plenty of great stories to tell, I really hope to resemble him, even a little, when (and if) I grow old myself. A lovely little hotel in the heart of Dapa, within walking distance of the harbor. Big clean rooms. Great air conditioning and hot shower, well functioning Starlink wifi. Wide double bed and clean bedding. No visible insects, no ants. Convenient scooter rental directly from the hotel. Absolute value for money and far enough away from the crowds and chaos of General Luna. Big hand and recommendation for this one.

We stayed at this property for one night to catch our early morning ferry to Surigao, and it was absolutely worth it. The location is perfect—conveniently close to everything, including restaurants, shops, the boulevard, and the ferry port. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. By a happy coincidence, we arrived during a festival, and to our delight, they prepared a special dinner for us! We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next trip.

Everything was perfect! We had a little trouble finding the location but with the help of the locals we were able to call the owner who kindly came to pick us up The place was very clean, well equipped we were also able to order a tuktuk for the next morning

The crew was very nice and helpful, the appartment was hugh and well equipped. Very close to dappa pier, the appartment owner also helped me with transportation to the pier for free.
