This is a really nice place in overall: It has an amazing view to the lake Taal and the volcano. The area around is really quiet and safe. Mr Rey, the owner of the place is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He took me to the hospital when I needed it and was very helpful with many other things. He is a genuine, good man. What's more, the food and coffee that he prepares are absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back to Baywalk Suites on the next opportunity.

A great location, very polite and exceptional staff, and the food was surprisingly affordable for a hotel (even the drinks are the same price you'd get at restaurants, not priced like many other hotels). When there was an issue with construction noise due to a recent typhoon, the hotel gave us a free upgrade further away from the noise so we can enjoy our vacation. Generally good vibes! The view especially was breathtaking from anywhere on the hotel, especially from the rooms, dining area, and pool. They have dogs at the hotel which was a big plus for us but thought I'd mention it for those with a fear of them :)

The staff made all the difference. Everyone from the guard to wait staff to reception to housekeeping were so lovely and just pleasant. Nothing was every a trouble, all our requests were met in a timely manner and service was exceptional. Hotel location was great, just near Fora Mall.
