Wow! Where do we start! This hotel resort is a true gem! Located about 30 km from El Nido, East Wind Beach Resort offers a stunning beachfront experience just 30 meters from the sea. The bungalows are so comfortable and well-equipped with excellent Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and air conditioning. Daily room service adds to the convenience. The resort features a beautiful pool, cleaned daily, and a restaurant with fantastic food (omelettes at breakfast are delicious 😋) and attentive service. The staff, especially Eden and Gary, and Carmela are incredibly kind, making guests feel at home. If you’re searching for a peaceful getaway in El Nido, this resort is a must-visit. I loved everything about this place. The location is amazing, and the views are breathtaking, but the greatest asset of this place is the people who run it. Can’t recommend the Isla experience enough. The island is absolutely stunning and waking up to that view doesn’t get old. We thoroughly enjoyed the back to basics living and gave us a chance to properly relax and unwind. The staff are SO friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. 1000/10 stay.

We had the best time ever at playa Encantada, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We took a day trip to Darocotan Island from the resort for 2,000 php, this is definitely worth doing as the sea is crystal clear and there is a ship wreck you can snorkel around. The food served at the resort was amazing and reasonably priced. My partner is fussy but there were 3 or 4 different options including a meat dish, we loved every meal we had. The sunsets at the resort were out of this world. For one day we hired a moped for 700php from the resort and drove into el nido, this was a long trip but we managed fine on our first go on a moped. We weren’t expecting any wifi at all with the remote location, however we managed to get some in our bungalow which was an added bonus.
