I love everything in this hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beds were super cozy. Buffet breakfast was really good and delicious! The buffet were plenty of choices. All hot and cold dishes were freshly prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely devine. Great staff and amazing service. The staff deserves five stars..they were so kind, helpful and they were absolutely lovely. Would definitely go back!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The view was breathetaking from our hotel reception and room. There was even a view deck that we can access. It was convenient to move around as we were provided transport for our tours and going around the city centre. It was a very relaxing holiday.

The staff were very accommodating and always available when you need them. The bed was very comfortable, linens are clean and the room was superb. We will probably recommend this place for our friends. The location perfect, very accessible to SM , session road, cathedral and other scenic spots.

Great location accessible to reach SM mall, Burnham park tourism activities & restaurants. Staff is very friendly and accommodating I have extended my stay and was offered a discount rooms are very spacious & clean with hot showers. Excellent position, clean air, nice open view and nostalgic feeling (older building but well maintained). Strong WiFi Staff very accommodating, both front desk, security and bell boy, prompt housekeeping on request and breakfast room staff, all were good.
