We had an amazing time at DaRosa Del Mar. I can recommend this place to everybody. Their kitchen is amazing (really best kitchen during our 3,5 Week stay in the Philppines) and I really enjoyed staying up in the north. The staff was kind and very helpful. From organizing pick-up, to scooters, to recommendations for tours (helpt us save a lot of money by not booking expensive tours online). I would recommend everybody to escape the busy south and decide to have their base with DaRosa Del Mar in the North. Thank you so mutch for taking cood care of us! Kind regards, Kathrin & René

The manager, Mark, and his staff take Yapak from great to exceptional. So welcoming and happy to serve, we felt very well looked with genuine hospitality. The chef, Mommy, runs a superb restaurant with a varied menu and daily specials, and you can dine on the beach terrace, very tranquil. The location is fabulous with waves for surfers on the doorstep and comfort by the pool for non-surfers. We came to Yapak having spent a week closer to General Luna and Cloud9 that we found overwhelmingly busy and noisy. Yapak was the perfect contrast - an oasis to finally relax and rest.

La Finca is like a home away from home to me! I’ve already stayed at this beautiful hostel so many times and can’t wait to come back. Joyce always welcomes you with a warm heart and really gives the feeling of coming home. Also the facilities are super clean and the kitchen is very well maintained! The views are incredible, both from the room as the rooftop. The rooftop is a dream, the cocktails they offer is really an amazing experience, the fact that it’s only for guests makes is calm and exclusive. The room itself is spacious, super clean and everything you need to unwind fully. We couldn’t use the pool as there was a small problem with the lights but it looked amazing. They offer the best massages for a good price, everything was a dream.

Charming little hostel in the heart of a humble village. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely Italian volunteer who showered us with incredibly useful tips. The air-conditioned rooms are simple yet very comfortable, perfect for a restful stay.
