I went to Bayawan for 2 reasons.
I went to Bayawan for 2 reasons. One to meet up with someone and I had heard they had a long boulevard that was supposed to be very nice. I was sadly disappointed. It looked like no one had done any maintenance for a very long time. Everything was overgrown and the one fountain I saw was very dirty and full of trash. I am not sure what the problem is that they don't take better care of the boulevard. Maybe no budget or maybe no one cares anymore. There is not much there to attract visitors. The only reason I will go back is to meet up with the person I went there to meet the first time. Maybe my next trip I will find some things that are of interest.Guest review byBrianPhilippines
