Location is very private and peaceful, best place to spend time with your loved ones away from the city life. House and the view are beautiful, it has an overlooking view of the sea and you are surrounded with nature. Host of the house is very friendly, informative and always willing to help. This place is a hidden gem to say the least! Has to be the nicest accomodation I have stayed in all of my visits to the Philippines so far, if your looking for luxury, peace and quiet, great food and your own reef to explore without overcrowding then this place is for you! Ofcourse this comes at an extra cost compared to other accomodation but it's well worth the spend and very good value for money, you won't be disappointed

The gardens are huge and it’s a great place for taking photos. There is a local store right next door. It’s only a good place for events like birthdays and weddings. Some nice features. Beach is 15 minutes away by tricycle. Have 50 peso ready for environmental fee.

This place is gorgeous and clean. The property owner is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I booked this place in Sasa to be close to the ferry to Samal Island. I definitely recommend it and will book again.
