The hosts are lovely and happy to help you in making the most of your day in Moorea. Location is great, quiet, and views are breathtaking. Possibility to rent a scooter near by so you can explore the entire island at your own pace. The place itself was extremely clean and fresh, hot water in bathrooms, good internet speeds. Breakfasts and dinners were full of local products and were really yummy.

The hosts, Mareva and Hubert, are really accommodating, and they speak both English and French very well. The place is well equipped, and I had everything I needed whilst I was there. The house is not far from a shop and a short hike, and is in a beautiful location

It was a comfortable stay and the hosts were so welcoming and genuinely friendly. If you need to arrange anything, like transportation on the island they can help you out. It’s located close to the ferry so it’s easy to get to and they dropped us back at the terminal on our last day.

A perfectly organised family run boutique resort set against a backdrop of mountains and an atoll. Location is one of my favourite in French Polynesia, The place has a super peaceful atmosphere and is great to crash after an active holiday in Polynesia. Everything. You got an only-in-dreams-and-movies shore, every equipment (for cooking, washing, kayaking, lying lazy on the plage) you need. It felt like being in heaven. Shops are nearby, and you get FULL PRIVACE. Beach is 1 min walk LITERALY.

    It didn't feel like a super fancy vacation resort like Bora...

    It didn't feel like a super fancy vacation resort like Bora Bora, but more homey like living in a tropical version of the Shire. The people are very nice. Recommended you know at least some French. Mine was super rusty but I managed to get by only using English about 30-40 percent of the time. Recommended you know at least three phrases in Tahitian: Greetings, thank you, and goodbye.

    Paradise - We enjoyed our stay at Maddy's House.

    Paradise - We enjoyed our stay at Maddy's House. The attention to detail that the owners have was very evident...lots of pride. The pool was refreshing and the little beach was a gem. From this location, we were close to the waterfall hike (recommended), and there is a great little Chinese restaurant close by. Beds were comfy, air conditioning worked great, the kitchen is fully stocked and a lot of outdoor seating. We'd book again - we loved Moorea - some of the best snorkeling we've ever seen.
