Everything was perfect. The room was nice, bathroom well equipped and the kitchen srea also great. The owner provided coffee and drinking water. He was so genuine and helpful. 10/10. I would stay here again and again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Pablo's and Lorena's Lodge and had an amazing time. The two are very special and they and their team cared so much about our well-being and experiences we would make in Iquitos and the beautiful nature around it. The guest house was very close to the airport. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even drove me to the airport with my luggage. The airconditioning in the room worked very well. I felt very comfortable there.

Beautiful house, with a well equipped kitchen and lovely tranquil garden. The bus into the city leaves from right outside the property so it's easy to get around. Good place to rest and have a relaxing peaceful time. Host was friendly welcoming and attentive, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

I’ve stayed one week in the wonderful Guacamayo Azul integrating my journeys in the jungle, and seriously, I have no words how amazing this place is! The house is luxurious, huge comfortable main bedroom, fully equipped kitchen where I felt I could cook as if I was back home. The pool is another sort of privilege; calm and safe location, comparing to the rest of Iquitos. Julio, the housekeeper, would help me with absolutely everything I needed - driving me to do buy groceries, help around the house, even accompanying me to explore the local area’s gems so I don’t feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. A special thanks to him! The house is massive and would fit a company up to 8 people, but also it’s an incredible stay for a solo person, who seeks quietness and solitude, like in my case. I truly appreciate my time in Guacamayo Azul, and it only leaves me to wonder why it’s not yet fully booked. I wish you that!

Great value. The cleanest accommodation I have experienced in Iquitos. The rooms are clean and spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped and the garden is a delight. The host is a pleasure to get to know and she is extremely helpful. Relatively quiet area well off the main road. I would highly recommend Otorongo guesthouse.
