This small hotel has great facilities including a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding city and mountains, and a refillable water and tea/coffee station. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. The location is excellent for tour pickups and the hotel even provides a big, packed breakfast for early excursions. The staff especially at reception are incredibly helpful and will help you with anything, from laundry services to organising taxis and tours. José at reception was always so nice, friendly and willing to help - his service was exemplary and definitely a highlight of my stay!

The service was impeccable. We arrived early but was still allowed to check in before the check in time. The location is about 5-10 minute drive from down town but that meant it was a great location away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The included breakfast was also top notched and not just your boring continental breakfast. You chose from crepes, chicharronnes, sandwiches, and omelets. The front desk personnel were amazing and helped us get taxies. Lastly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The rooms had hot and warm water pressure, we'd totally go there again if we were staying in Arequipa.
