The property was gorgeous. The room felt very luxurious with a huge comfy bed, ensuite bathroom and beautiful views. The hosts and staff were incredible. They looked after me like I was family!

Beautiful quiet place with a spacious wonderful garden. Fantastic pool with a marvellous view. Lovely & attentive staff. Excellent place to recover.

We loved our 7 nights stay in the Lagoon Village hotel. It is clear to see the vision, passion and effort that have been put and are still making, just beautiful. Breakfast on the floating restaurant with the jungle backdrop was special. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very relaxing and wanted for nothing. We all enjoyed the SPA and horse riding. Getting to and from town via tuc tuc for tours to the blue lagoon, waterfalls and thermal baths was easy, fast and inexpensive. Very nice, quiet, green hotel with comfortable rooms. It’s a very short walk to the center, but away from the noise of the traffic. The older couple running it are the best! Great value for money.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—right from the moment we arrived, they made us feel totally at ease. The place has air conditioning (a must in Tarapoto!), and they helped us with our luggage both when we got there and when we left. They even offered free airport pickup, which was a great touch. We got a full rundown of all the activities in and around the city, super helpful for planning our days. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety.
