We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villas at Gone Fishing Resort in Boca Chica! From the moment we arrived, Brad, the owner, made us feel welcome and taken care of. He is such a great host – super friendly, helpful, and always around if you need anything. The resort itself is a little paradise - feels like a hidden gem. The pool is fantastic for cooling off and relaxing, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the whole property is surrounded by beautiful nature, which makes it easy to completely unwind. Breakfast was always delicious, especially the fresh fruits that were served every morning. We also went on the whale watching tour, which was a great experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. All in all, we had an unforgettable time at this place. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also great! It was a pleasure staying here and the greatest thing was that the hawler monkeys are sleeping in the tree above the pool. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay at Brad‘s place. Very friendly and helpful guy. He can arrange boat tours to the nearby islands. Excellent restaurant around the corner. The village is only a short walk away.
