We had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast experience was a highlight of our mornings; the entire team was attentive, but Mouhammed and Agnes stood out with their warmth and genuine hospitality, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. Room service was excellent as well, and we want to especially thank Abbas for his helpfulness and assistance throughout our stay. The concierge service also went above and beyond. The Concierge Manager Assistant and Miss Abeer not only helped us with recommendations and city arrangements but also assisted us with resolving a parking fine, something we deeply appreciated, as it shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort beyond the hotel itself. We're a group of 3 adults and booked the 2br suite/room. We didn't realize we had a balcony so that was a great addition. The rooms and beds were comfortable and reception were helpful with assisting us with getting taxis. The hotel is lovely and has great facilities and suitable for everyone. It's a 5 seconds walking distance from a fantastic Syrian restaurant (bait al yasmin) and a local burger place (Glare - get the Cali burger). It's a new hotel so most taxi drivers have no idea where it is but they can just plug it into maps or request going to either restaurants. It's also nearby a mall. I plan to stay there again during my next visit. If you need a taxi, the app and website for booking wont work unless you have omani phone number so youll need to request the hotel to book for you. please ensure requesting the hotel to contact the blue taxis as those are the ones allowed to pick up passengers from hotels (red taxis operate in the airport, orange anywhere on the road, blue for 4+ starts hotels -please insist-). Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
