Free tours by his car,he told me about history of Oman,Islamic etc. I met his sons ,they are cute(^^)Reasonable price. Clean rooms,no refrigerator ,but you can use the kitchen,hand soap,toilet paper available.

The property was super clean, all the staff in the hotel were really nice and friendly and helped us a lot during our stay in the hotel!
