The rooms are big and the view onto the ocean was great in all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed or stay very much. The owner Sultan responded quickly and was very helpful.

This hotel has many advantages. First, it is located near an important bus station with direct bus lines to the airport and the Matrah Corniche. I even walked from the hotel to the Matrah area, as I found 8 km were not so bad. In addition, the room has very high quality amenities, including a glass desk. I've stayed in better rated hotels, but I've rarely seen this level of quality in the room. The hotel is situated in Ruwi, which is considered the financial district of Muscat, but at the same time it is an authentic neighbourhood with many nationalities. It is also a good spot for those seeking to purchase gold products, as it has plenty of shops. Staff were very professional and speak fluent English.

Although this hotel is in a industrial area, it is close to some good local restaurants, a supermarket, the bus station to Dubai or the local bus station to visit some of the tourist sites like Old Muscat. The room was very comfortable with a fridge and kettle. The breakfast that was included was also great and staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed here on two two occasions during my stay in Muscat and I would return should I visit Oman again

Naseem Hotel is beautifully located in the heart of Muttrah. A discovered gem. Our sea view room over the harbor was picturesque. A romantic view upon all the beautiful lights a night in Muscat has to offer. The rooms exceeded our expectation in every way. The healthy breakfast is served against the beautiful setting of the harbor. Great value for money. A memorable stay which definitely invites you to return.

I stayed here two nights on a 32 hour stopover in Muscat. This is the oldest hotel in Muscat. I arrived at about 2am and left at about 6.30am the next day. I slept in for breakfast on the first day and when I was leaving on the 2nd day at 6.30 the staff kindly (although I didn't ask for it) offered to make me an earlier breakfast in takeaway form which I thought was absolutely lovely and much appreciated because it was before the kitchen had even opened. The room was spacious and comfy with a big window and nice shower. Taxi to other areas was not expensive and easy to get on the street. I would definitely stay here again.
