Really beautiful and polite staff. They're exceptional. We had breakfast and dinner included. Highly recommend this rate if you can get it. The dinner buffet was amazing. It will save you a fortune. We were upgraded to a suite by the lovely check in staff. We did pay 50aud for early check in at 6am. The pool is lovely but the water was far too hot to enjoy. There is a hot spa as well. The temperature outside in late May is high 30s, a cool pool would be lovely but unfortunately the water was unpleasantly hot. The hotel is new, spacious and impeccably clean.

We will come back when we travel back to muscat! Everything was super clean breakfast was really good, a lot of different things to choose from. Room was super clean. I had a very short accommodation and needed somewhere nearby airport, so I choose Swiss Hotel, it was excellent . They gave me a free upgrade, the room was nice, cleaning was spotless, the whole staff was helpful and location is superb. I have nothing to complain and would stay here in this hotel.
