We could see the cows in the paddock when we arrived and even from the lounge area and some of the bedroom windows. The area is also quaint and quiet with great sunset views. The place has everything you need for a short stay and a short drive from Hobbiton and the Blue Springs.

Thank you so much Alyson & Tim for such a magical stay. This sweet little bed & breakfast was beautifully positioned on such an idyllic farm with an incredible backdrop to gaze out upon.
