Excellent service. Ambience perfect for my travel needs...holiday mode. Pool was great...a few leaves and twigs in the pool but it didnt faze us. Shops next door and the bottle shop was handy:) Excellent all round.

I booked this for my 80 yr old uncle who traveled from Rotorua for a funeral. He had car and phone trouble. He said the staff were so helpful with both these things and couldn't do enough to help.

Great location, walking distance to conference venue. Easy to find. So clean, it felt like I was the first person ever to use the room it was so clean. Extremely comfortable. Recliner chairs were a luxury in a motel. Was so nice. Free access to netflicks. Spacious bathroom really nice shower. Bed was so comfortable. The room was serviced every day, clean towels and sparkling clean every evening when I returned. Everything I needed. I felt very well looked after.

Ann was extremely helpful. Provided great breakfast each morning. The room was very clean, modern and functional. Kitchen facility adjacent to room enabled us to prepare picnic lunches. Clothes washing facilities greatly appreciated. Highly recommend a stay with Ann & Roy. No a/c but high speed fan in room to keep cool. Bed was firm but comfortable for shorter stay.     Would really recommend this community. Had the cutest coffee caravan just on the beach front and the community in general seems so nice and quiet. My family live in Onerahi so was a quick drive there for family dinners.
