Really beautiful room with fabulous view of Mount Taranaki. Had seats outside the room on the patio separated from next door with a trellis and shrubs. There was a wonderful jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Breakfast was lovely too, homemade muesli, yoghurt, fruit, bread, crumpets and English muffins. Great location, very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive to the National Park and great walks. Trish was great too, very friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money. Would definitely recommend. There were facilities for massages etc, which we didn’t try.

Great location beside woolworths. A great pick if you want to base here for East Egmont. Reception was very friendly and helpful with food recommendations too. Sound proofing was done very well, and you know that because as soon as the door was opened you could hear the rowdiness outside.

I really enjoyed my stay in this cute little property. The view from the property is 10/10. We enjoyed bonfire in the evening and sunrise in the morning. I liked it so much that in future I would like to book it again.

Jarene's property is immaculate, comfortable and peaceful . We had a clear view of Mt. Taranaki. The property is in short driving distance to Mt. Taranaki Visitor centre and also to start of York Road entrance to the national park and other amenities. There were really nice touches in our whole stay. Jarene and Shaun are great hosts , very friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

Our hostess Therese took care of many needs - water, orange juice and milk in the fridge, complimentary breakfast, snacks, chocolate, ... The view on Mount Taranaki is really magnificent !
