The best spot close to the ocean with a wonderful view, new furniture, very clean, great bathroom, the best host! Everything you need for breakfast! Best thing is the hot tub with view to the ocean which you totally have for yourself! It’s definitely worth the drive!

The stay was fantastic, I was very impressed by the property, the beautiful rooms and the views, vegetations around. Short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, which you can have by yourself, nobody was around, just you and nature. Larissa and Tom were the best hosts I have had for a long time, nowadays you often don't even meet the persons you are staying at. But Tom and Larissa were the true and very kind and friendly faces of the Cliffs Lodge, they went beyond to make every guest happy and satisfied! I took both dinner and breakfast, which Larissa preopared and was the best meals during my entire trip to New Zealand. This place is a gem and will be a great success for sure and is an accommodation made with heart! Thank you for having me, I am very lucky to have found this accommodation!

Our host was really lovely and made us feel very welcomed. The house and bathroom were very clean. Our bed that we slept in was very comfortable. WIFI worked well.

The perfect place to start the Hump Ridge Track! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, it was the best experience, highly recommend to anyone planning their adventure!

Everything was amazing. So peaceful and pretty. The accommodation was well presented and warm and inviting. Home made banana cake greeted us too. Extra items in the bathroom were a nice touch.
