What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service, particularly from Mr. Ajay Dhaiya. Ajay was not only supportive and helpful throughout our stay but also exhibited a level of professionalism and dedication that was truly commendable. His hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived at VR Rotorua Lake Resort, we knew our stay would be something special. The resort's stunning location, right by the tranquil lake, set the scene for a truly relaxing getaway. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation itself was wonderful, with clean, well-appointed rooms offering stunning views. In conclusion, our stay at VR Rotorua Lake Resort was not just memorable because of the beautiful setting and excellent facilities, but also because of the incredible staff, led by examples like Ajay. The spacious apartment is in a very peaceful and quiet area. It was spotless with a comfortable bed, and everything we needed. The very friendly host kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier, and also came to greet us after we came back from our afternoon trip. She also provided clear instructions regarding finding the property which were very helpful. Although the apartment is below the main house, there are big windows to let in the light, and you have a view of a green pasture from the entrance. Apart from the provided breakfast items, there were also nice snack goodies which were very much appreciated! We had a lovely stay.
