The host was super helpful and friendly, great location. The pool table was a hit, as well as the playground and toys. The view was great. Everything was pretty spacious. Wasn't to far of a drive to see glowworms aswell.

Awesome spot. The pictures Don't do this place justice. Very peaceful and serene with lots of room for our family to spread out. Would stay again in a heart beat. We loved the view of the evening stars while relaxing in the spa.

A wonderfully secluded, well-appointed 'hut' with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The sunset views from the bath were fabulous (and enjoying the outdoor bath is an absolute must!), comfy bed, good shower with nice toiletries. Walking by the river and around the farm was lovely. Thank you so much.

Everything. The location, the wonderful property and Carolyn, the host - not to mention her wee dog, Lacey. We had two grandsons with us and Carol was brilliant with them, showing them rocks, fossils and getting them friends with the sheep!

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Piopio, Ripples Retreat - Riverside Luxury is a country house surrounded by views of the mountain.

The room is clean, nice set up for a family of 4. It’s really cosy to have an outdoor couch and heater during winter and we can spend quality time outside the nice cooling weather.
