This older farmhouse is spacious, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hosts provided complementary local produce, which felt very welcoming. There was plenty of room for family members to park. The rural outlook and views of the Rangititkei cliffs contributed to a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for outdoor activities in and around Mangaweka.

I wished, we could have stayed longer for relaxing and exploring this rural area. Sue and David are wonderful attentive and communicative hosts speaking reliable German and French. They made their house our home for 1 night. An amazing breakfast was served in the morning. Perfect little campsite. The pod was cosy and warm. Great facilities - clean toilets and showers, great communal area and kitchen (we didn’t use it, but only because it was a quick stop on way through). Great play area for kids, and they loved feeding the animals

Everything was beautiful and it was so peaceful. Leah added so many special touches and everything was there that you needed. The homemade muffins were divine! It was very clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed.
