The room was clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to fulfill every request, and the view from the balcony was absolutely enchanting. I highly recommend staying here. The hosts Donna & Neville were great. Nothing too much for them made us very welcome. The room was clean and very modern. There is a microwave, toaster, and kettle, and you are supplied with some food items, milk, butter, jam, cereal, and snacks ect. Lovely view of the canal from the veranda. You are able to use some e-bikes if you want to, although we did not take up the offer. Would I go again? Yes, I would.

My stay at Tamaterau Seaview House in Whangārei was absolutely amazing! Alice is such a lovely person, so kind and welcoming! She gave me great tips on things to do during my stay, which made my time there even better. The room was spacious and super tidy, and the view from the house was just breathtaking. Honestly, this was one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far! I can only highly recommend it!
