I love this hotel since 2004 when I first visited. Greytown is such a beautiful town. I smile by just arriving to it. This room was at the back, a building I had never stayed in. It was large and comfortable with double aspect leafy windows and a balcony. I loved the cookie and coffee/tea facilities. I arrived before midnight after a long 9-hour drive through countryside with no shops. This felt like heaven!

This luxurious resort is nestled in the lush Wairarapa Valley, framed by the Tararua Ranges. Its landscaped grounds include indoor and outdoor pools and sports facilities.

This lovely cottage is so well thought out with every little detail, it made our stay feel like a home away from home. Peaceful, quiet, great views. This was our second stay at Briarwood and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodation is very well equipped and has loads of extra touches to make you feel welcome.
