1）The hostess was very friendly. For breakfast, she prepared fresh eggs from the farm, as well as milk, snacks, etc. 2）The room is equipped with a comprehensive range of brand - new facilities. Amenities such as a washing machine are all readily available. The room is immaculately tidied, and the bed offers a comfortable sleeping experience. 3）The farm has only one guest suite with a separate entrance and exit. There is no disturbance at all, and it is very quiet at night. 4）The hostess also invited us to visit the farm, have close contact with the horses, pick fruits, etc. My son was very happy and misses this experience very much.

A nice room in a privately owned new villa with a shared bathroom. All new and very clean, very comfortable beds. Very friendly and nice people, other guest were there as well. Parking can be done in the street, free. Restaurants are 5 min. drive away in the center of the town. Location is about 30 min. by car from the airport and well suited for a short stay after arriving or before departure from Christchurch. Also the nearby pennisula can be explored in a day trip from here.

Every Thing, I Liked where the Grouse Hotel was (Lincoln, great little town, Bus stop right outside the door, jump on to Christchurch Central, from there you can get a bus to anywhere you want.

very nice personnel. I do the laudary and leave them dry in the garden. I went outside for diner. It's rainy at my return. Surprise: my clothes were dry and waiting for me in my room. The room is big and clean. I didn't hear any noise when sleeping even if there's road work outside. A shopping mall is at 5mn by foot (quick food, shops, etc.). I think they offer breakfast but I didn't try.
