I had a fantastic time staying with Nanu, Kali and children! They were so welcoming to their home and hospitable once you were there. My stay was made up of an amazing walking safari (but they can also do keep), delicious food cooked by Kali (possible the best dal bhat I have had) - including a mo mo cooking class - and lots of fun relaxing at their house and playing with the children. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wholesome and inclusive experience!

Very comfortable wonderful lodge. It is an ‘institution’ in the safari sector of Nepal and deservedly so. The management (BC), staff and guides (Bhim in particular) are all incredible, nothing is too much trouble.

If you're ever intend to visit Nepal's Bardia Wildlife Resort, you have to stay at this lovely Bardia Riverside View Park Resort for the reasons outlined below: The resort is nestled right bang in the middle of many villages and sitting right across Bardia Wildlife Resort. The place is amazing and yes, it's definitely a resort surrounded by trees, amazing garden and a few houses for visitors. Resort food is deliciously amazing, the staff made me feel like I was part of the family, we sat, we talked, we laughed and smile some more! I really loved my stay at the resort so much that I extended, keep up the good work, Anil.

If you are looking for a best place to stay in Bardia you found it! Mr. B and his son Bibek were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They also saved our trip when we had ATM issues. They provide guidance, organize trips, cook food everything you need to feel safe and taken care of. Safari organized by them was amazing, with a passionate and knowledgeable guide. Room standards are also the best that can be found in the neighborhood and price is more than great. We highly recommend!

Shortly after booking a room Shardul reached out to us and provided us with travel information. Once in Nepal our plans changed and Shardul was very helpful in picking us up and accommodating us an extra night. Upon arrival we immediately felt very welcomed and comfortable at this lovely homestay! Everyday Shardul and his family provided us with delicious Nepali meals made from the fresh vegetables and fruits from their garden. Thanks to the preparation and attention to detail there was always enough variety of food even on the long safari days. Our absolute highlight in Bardia was going on jeep and walking safaris with Shardul himself. With his professional experience and a bit of luck on our side, we were fortunate to spot the elusive tiger! Shardul’s competence in his profession and passion for wildlife conservation made us feel safe while out in the jungle. We regret having to leave and hope to be back in the future!
