The service of the staff was excellent. We arrived at about 10pm at night and the staff greeted us warmly. We got a free upgrade to a suit! Our room was beautiful with a balcony that had a spectacular view of the mountains. What really impressed me was how they took the initiative to send breakfast to us when we weren't able to wake up in time for the breakfast in the dining area. That gesture really warmed my heart. Thank you for the memorable stay!

Our room was really clean and comfortable. We had got a room with balcony with viev. Big plus for stuff. If you ask they pick up/ take you from/to the bus station located in village center. The food in hotels restaurant was amazing!! We recommend this place if you are going to spent some pleasent time in Nagarkot. We’ll be back.

Best place we stayed during our trip to Nepal. The rooms are big and clean. The food from the restaurant is amazing and the staff was so friendly and nice to us. We couldnt see the Himalayas because It was cloudy, but the view was still beautiful.
