The location, the building itself and most importantly the staff! The valet, Steve was super helpful, along with rest of the staff ofc. :)

The hotel’s location was excellent. Rooms large, bit dated but very clean. The staff was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!

We had some problem with the heating in our room and we were offered an alternative corner room which has more space! Location is central and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The basement car park has direct access to the hotel and is super convenient. We were offered a packed breakfast as we need to catch an early flight. It's a great gesture for travellers!
