Very cozy vibe. Very charming host Great views to the lake

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy house located in a beautiful and peaceful area, just about 40 minutes’ drive from Tromsø. The view from the house is simply breathtaking and makes the stay truly unforgettable. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with everything you might need, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and an additional lounge area perfect for relaxing. There is also a toilet with a sink on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer. The bedrooms are well arranged: one with a double bed, another with three single beds, and the third with four single beds. Each room had a full set of towels, warm blankets, comfortable pillows, and mattresses, which made our stay very cozy. The house is heated with electric heaters that can be adjusted easily, so the temperature was always comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here - it felt like a perfect combination of comfort and nature. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, making everything even better. Highly recommended!

We are very happy that we choose Mikkelvik Brygge to explore northern Norway and spent good Christmas time with family close to nature. The property is located on a beautiful land along the coast line; with unobstructed views of the sea and neighboring islands covered in snow. Everything was well organized and clean; we booked an entire holiday home and enjoyed sightings of Northern lights right above us! We would like to specially thank Elaine, who made our stay memorable, she took us for Snowshoe hiking tour and we got to explore & admire the surroundings. We also booked the Sauna in their Viking Spa on stormy day with winds as strong as 115kmh!!! Again thanks to Elaine for preparing everything and it shows the entire teams commitment for providing their guests one of a kind experience while making sure they are comfortable and relaxed. The property offers more activities like Reindeer tours, Fjord Cruise, or Quadbike tours which should be booked in advance well in time (and probably not during Christamas). And we are surely going to come back for it :) Overall communication with Oliver, Katja and Elaine went very smooth.

Cozy Norwegian wooden cabin just 30 mins from Tromsø where there are many reindeer near the road and where you can enjoy the northern lights (no city lights there), go fishing, take a sauna or go on trips such as whale watching expedition, reindeer farm, Nordic Cathedral, Ice Bar Tromsø, the northern brewery or the eldest pub Ølhallen. Skål!
