The cabin was excellent, Spacious, furnished with taste, and the kitchen had plenty of appliances and basic needs (salt, oil, even wasa crackers!). Everything was spotless, clean and comfortable. Nice view. The entire area is still under heavy development, so dirt roads, potholes, a bit "wasteland"-ish looking, but it is reasonable, acceptable and didn't detract from our final impression. It will become a really beautiful complex when it is complete. Sure, it is costly and pretty far from the first shop/town, but we would gladly stay there again.

Spectacular views of the mountains and fjord. Close enough to Svolvær for shopping and supplies but a quiet remote waterfront location. The house was new, modern and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

We visited in the winter when it was snow covered, magical and unique, quiet enough to spend a bit of time chatting with the wonderful Tommy and Marion. They really went above and beyond - Marion cooked up the best meal of our life using the Atlantic salmon we brought back from a fishing charter Tommy organised. You do not need to be a surfer to love this place, only our son is and he surfed all day every day he was so impressed - the variety of surf boards to rent was outstanding too. Everything was incredible, from the fabulous Beach Villa which was spacious with its own sauna, hot tub, and beautiful view over the beach, running/walking along the waters edge, and of course the northern lights. And definitely the worlds best cinnamon buns - we each had one every day we were there, and took a bag away with us, they are that good! We definitely plan to be back

We had a very nice welcoming from the owner. The house is indeed very cozy, a mix from Grandma's House (but only the good stuff) and a bit of modern stuff from IKEA which creates a comfortable and kind of familiar retro feeling. If we are ever close to leknes again, we probably coming back there. Best wishes to the owner!
