This is a beautiful little hotel which was once a mill. It's located minutes from the station and the town centre with a little stream running along the outside areas. Egon restaurant was adjacent... very tasty food - and the Toppen Bar on 9th floor has a magnificent view. Bed was soooo cosy and comfortable and toiletries provided were of good quality. Very reasonably priced and staff were wonderful, each and every one!

Lovely hotel with a great interior. Friendly staff on welcome, breakfast and check out. There was a Christmas party going on all evening in one of the communal areas which I didn't mind, nice atmosphere! Breakfast was plentiful, so much choice it was great. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, I slept well. Good bathroom, shower and TV in the room. Free parking with plenty of spaces outside the hotel. Spa grocery store over the road and a fuel station so all very convenient. I would stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and our 4-year-old child. The room was perfectly prepared and well-equipped. We highly recommend the breakfast – there was a great selection, and the food was replenished regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful (luggage storage was available after check-out). First Hotel Breiseth has a great location: just a one-minute walk from the train station and very close to the main pedestrian street, Storgata. Most attractions are within a 20-minute walk. Walking to the ski jumping hill takes about 40 minutes, but you can also take a bus or a taxi. We highly recommend this hotel for families!
