The room was comfortable, the staff were nice, the breakfast was really decent, and there’s a lot of flexibility about breakfast time and arrangements regarding breakfast. There was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Utrecht old town is just 20 minutes away if you take the bus. There’s a cinema in the same building, and I think guests even get a discount on entrance.

We booked this hotel because all of the hotels closer to the Utrecht train station were booked. We didn't know it was a holiday. But it was a great location for us, my relatives live just 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We will stay here again next time we are in Utrecht. We loved the balcony overlooking the canal and park across the street. Late checkout, for a small fee, was nice.

Liked the quirky decor. Bedroom very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

    The city is very beautiful and relaxing. You have a lot of places to ride a bike, to visit and to have a nice meal. It is close to other interesting places in the Netherlands. It is a fantastic choice to stay in the NL.

    Easy going staff from the beginning to the end, great ! A very nice hotel, a spacious clean room, so were the beds too. The WiFi connexion was good. The breakfast buffet is really nice with a good range of fine products. One evening we had diner at the Grand Cafe, meals were ok, the service has to be improved but many young apprentices have still to learn, and they were friendly. It was a very good experience, keep on going.

    The room was spacious, with very comfortable bed. The room had both shower and bath facilities. The location of the hotel is beautiful: located right next to the heart of the green forest. We were also very happy with the night staff that checked us in past 23:00.
