We had travelled from Ireland to Dunkirk on a ferry that arrived at 0100hrs. After driving to Venlo , we arrived hours ahead of normal check- in time. A very kind man at reception facilitated an early check- in. We enjoyed an excellent Sunday breakfast before catching some sleep. A session in the swimming pool helped to refresh us.

Great staff, very warm and welcoming owners. Visitors at the cafe/pub were very friendly. The hotel is small (I believe 4 rooms in total), newly furnished. One of the best places I have stayed in Netherlands. Free parking just outside of the entrance. 6 nights and all of them were perfect. Thank you.

I liked everything. Just like that. Starting from the comfortable parking, where I have managed to squeeze with a 7 m. long van and still left enough space for everyone around me. Finishing with the cozy lounge room where you can have a beer if you are too tired to cross the street for a bar. Etc.
